Where are you located?
Our address is 3519 Henritze Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44109​.

Where is your entrance?
Our entrance is on Pearl Road to the left of the Geek Peek. Look for the BLUE DOOR!

Where should I park?
There is free street parking on Henritze Ave and nearby streets.

Is your space wheelchair accesible?
Unfortunately, our space is only accessible by stairs as it is located on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator.

How do I book a paint splatter experience? 
You can book a paint splatter experience Saturdays and Sundays directly on our website, on the Book Online page. If you're looking to book a paint splatter experience during the week, please give us a call at (734) 864-4152. If you're looking to reserve a private party, please complete a request form here.

How long is the paint splatter experience? 
Our standard paint splatter experience is 1-hour long. The Private Date Night is also 1-hour long. Private Parties are typically 2 hours, but we can customize based on your needs.

How much does a paint splatter experience cost? 
Our standard paint splatter experience is $40/person.

If I book a Paint Splatter Experience, will there be other people in the studio at the same time?​
The Paint Studio can accommodate up to 8 people in the studio per hour time slot so there may be others in the room with you. If you wish to make a private reservation, please submit a Private Date Night or Private Party request here.

I want to have a party at The Splatter Loft. How can I learn more?
The Splatter Loft is a great place to celebrate any special occasion, be it a birthday party, bachelor/bachelorette party, team outing, or just a date night. The first step is to submit a private party request form here.

How much do private paint splatter experiences cost?
A Private Date Night package for two is $100. The pricing for Private Parties varies. Please complete a request form here to get a quote.

How many people can do the paint splatter experience at once?
Up to 8 people can do the paint splatter experience at one time. For larger groups, we can rotate people into the paint studio up to 8 at a time.

What should I wear?
Though we use washable (and non-toxic) paint and provide coverings for your clothes and shoes, we recommend you wear something you don't mind getting paint on. So prob keep your favorite *NSYNC tee at home ;)

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Is there an age minimum?
The Paint Splatter Experience is open for all ages. Children 17 and under need to have a parent or guardian present. However, for private parties, all attendees must be 18+.

Do you offer kids parties?
We created The Splatter Loft specifically to give adults a place to play/create/explore. In order to stay true to our mission, we no longer offer kids only parties. We do however welcome families with children to book sessions together.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

What is your cancellation policy?
For regular bookings, you may cancel within 48 hours by giving us a call (734-846-4152) or emailing us (thesplatterloft@gmail.com) for a full refund. For private parties, we require at least 1 week notice for full refund. You can also bank your credits for a future session!
