Job Title: Studio Operations Manager (aka Space Commander)

Send resumes to: thesplatterloft@gmail.com

Do you want to do something fun while bringing people joy and inspiration? Do you miss the days of just being able to play and create as a kid? Are you interested in being a part of something bigger and building connections in the community? Then you’ve come to the right place!

The Splatter Loft is seeking a fun and motivated individual to host magical experiences at our new studio in Old Brooklyn for people of all ages and backgrounds.

About The Splatter Loft

We’re Allie & Chrissy. BFFs and a couple of big kids with matching NSYNC tees. We met while working at Disney and found we had a shared dream. We believe the world would be a better place if grownups got to play more often.

The Splatter Loft is a pillar of our umbrella business, Elective Studios, a creative playground where we make content, events, and experiences with the goal of uplifting, inspiring, and giving adults more opportunities to play, explore, imagine, create, and build meaningful connections. We offer a fun, inviting, and safe environment for people to express themselves without fear of judgment. Imagine taking an Elective as an adult - it’s like that!

Before relocating back to the midwest in 2020, we hosted dozens of events and experiences in Los Angeles including a creative “playday” for grownups that featured a paint splatter experience and special performances by artists such as Alex Kinsey of X-Factor winning Duo Alex & Sierra and actress/singer Laura Marano (best known as “Ally” from Austin & Ally on Disney Channel). When the pandemic hit, we put our dreams on hold, moved back to Cleveland and, a year and a half later, launched a hit paint splatter studio in Ohio City. Now, we are thrilled to partner with Lekko Coffee to bring The Splatter Loft to Old Brooklyn!

The Paint Splatter Experience

The Paint Splatter Experience is an hour-long creative journey where guests become artists. Inspired by Jackson Pollock’s ‘splatter paint’ technique, this is a liberating activity where you can throw paint on your canvas (or each other) and walk away with your very own masterpiece. The best part is - there is no right or wrong way to do it. At The Splatter Loft, everyone is an artist.
